These easy summer beach cupcakes not only look super adorable, but they taste like summer in your mouth with their delicious pina colada inspired frosting. Sooo good, you guys! Whether you're baking your own cupcakes or simply decorating store-bought ones (I'd totally choose this option in summer to avoid putting the oven on!), these cupcakes are a cinch to make. And eat! 😉

If you're on Instagram you probably would have seen that drip cakes are taking over the cake world right now. Well, ever since I've set eyes on them, I've been itching to bake one!  So for our flamingo pool party (see photos here) , I decided to get baking. It turns out, not only drip cakes are not that difficult to make and taste super yum, but they will totally steal the show on any desserts table! :)

Flamingos are my latest obsession . I think it's mainly due the fact that it's the perfect summer party theme. And that they're pink, of course! Not sure they'd be such a hit if they were a different color ;) So for our flamingo pool party last weekend , we (my 8 year old daughter and I) made some DIY flamingo table decorations and headbands that double duty as photo booth props!

Much like pineapples , Flamingos have been trending on the party scene for a couple of years now. And I for one, have been totally itching to style a pink flamingo party FOR EVER! Well, last weekend, we got to do just that.
