These Earl Grey flavored cookies are shaped like a teabag and dipped in melted chocolate (YUM!), so I'm thinking they'd be perfect also for a garden party, baby or bridal shower brunch too.

The royal wedding is in a few days, are you excited?! I sure am, mainly because the event presents us with the perfect opportunity to host a high tea party to celebrate while watching the ceremony! I remember the first royal wedding a few years ago only too well. And I thought I'd share some easy-to-make flower sugar cookies for all those seasonal spring parties you may be currently planning. 'Cause let's face it, no party is complete without cookies. And no spring party is complete without flower sugar cookies! Thinks mother's day, spring brunch, bridal showers, tea parties, bee themed birthday...these cookies also make great homemade gifts for teacher's or to give out to guests as favors at your spring party!
Come Spring we find ourselves eating more and more outside, like for the fiesta party we shared last week. And there's nothing I like best than evening meals in the patio, surrounded by flickering candles to set the mood! Bonus points if your candles look mega original and smell subtly fruity! ;)
My kids can't get enough of French crepes. They love it so much, that we make it together nearly every Sunday! Crepes are a type of thin pancake, super easy to make and you can add any filling to make them into a delicious dessert. The most famous perhaps, being the French crepe suzette recipe, flambéed with with Grand Marnier and orange.
I styled this mini desserts table for the July/August edition of the French national magazine, Créative . And when choosing a theme, strawberries just seemed the perfect match for a seasonal and super sweet table! Needless to say, I LOVED styling it - not only did I get to design and shoot a brand new printable party theme in another language, but I also got to play with fondant. A lot! And fondant is kinda like modelling clay for grown ups ;) Another fun aspect is that I had baked all the desserts myself (yes, that is fun for me..), from the cookies to the marshmallow pops, the strawberry cookies, cake and cupcakes !! I styled this street party to showcase the latest party printables in honor of Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee happening this summer in June - It's going to be a huge celebration in the UK, with people throwing street parties and parade-viewing parties all over the realm, and party printables offer a really fun and affordable way to decorate your tables and homes for the occasion! The printables for this party were inspired by Kate and Will's Royal wedding , but one of my sweet customers from the UK asked me to mod it a bit, and she used the Royal Tea Party printables for a leaving-do instead! I've since received many requests for the same royal designs to be used in other events like birthdays, bridal showers and hen parties, so decided to make the printables a bit more general for other occasion - And now you too can add a touch of British flair to your own party and events! ;) Check out all the adorable details and home-made desserts below!
